- Ensuring your interactions with service partners, customers, and other users uphold community safety, dignity, and platform integrity.

Partner & Provider Obligations
All individuals or businesses who join BuddyVerse as service providers, delivery partners, or merchants must:
- Complete digital identity verification and submit legal identification, licences, or trade-specific documentation.
- Uphold a high standard of service, punctuality, courtesy, and cleanliness in line with our Partner Code of Conduct.
- Maintain all documentation as valid, up-to-date, and accurate.
- Respond to service requests reliably and within agreed times.
- Accept that consistent underperformance, abuse, or user complaints may lead to penalties or suspension.
- Agree that physical, verbal, or digital harassment is grounds for immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to local authorities.

BuddyVerse prioritises digital dignity and privacy in accordance with POPIA (South Africa) and other African regulatory frameworks. We enforce:
- Explicit consent before any personal data is collected or processed.
- Transparent explanation of why data is collected (e.g., for bookings, payment, verification).

- No data resale or unauthorised third-party access.
